Rules and legal conditions for using Circuit.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Circuit. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the app.
  • If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Circuit for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where legally allowed, or use the app in violation of law.

5. Health and Safety Notice

Circuit provides educational training-planning tools only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.

Exercise involves inherent risks. You are responsible for choosing appropriate activity levels, using proper form, and stopping activity if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.

6. No Professional-Client Relationship

Use of the app does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, coach-client, or similar professional relationship between you and the app provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including software, text, graphics, branding, and related content, is owned by or licensed to the app provider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Your app store provider and device platform may impose additional terms. Those platform terms are separate from these Terms and remain your responsibility.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circuit is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the app provider for claims relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$50 if no such payment was made.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the app provider from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app provider is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
